Sweet Potatoes

Parsley Flakes

Fresh Ground Pepper

 Rosemary Salt

 

Peeled and chopped the sweet potato into little chips. Placed in a DIY aluminum foil bowl and added coconut oil. Set the oven on broil and let the chips cook.

While waiting, I pulled out yesterdays homemade pestoand warmed it up. I also had a prickly pear just sitting around randomly and wanted to test out the flavors as a sauce. I peeled it and threw it in my nutribullet with a lemon and cayenne pepper. Blended those down to compliment the pesto.

Popped the taters out the oven and sprinkled them with a Spanish Rosemary finishing saltparsleyturmeric, and black pepper.

Done.
